And as far as real news, we should only pay attention to the independent film makers who are all hip and wise to the NWO takeover of everything, anyone else cannot be trusted, and anything that can be used as evidence of fact is probably planted for us to find, unfounded accusations are the best way to go!

First, of course this is not the first time, in the past the snubs may have been direct but where almost never publicized. One reporter would step out of line and ask an inappropriate question or give harsh and overly critical commentary and the White House would deny access to that same agency's correspondent, until a suitable disposition occurs. (Apology, firing, or separate favorable article).

Second, the fact check incident was a little harsh and rude. I don't mind Chris Wallace fact checking anyone but the woman who was thrown out to face him was prepared to say just a couple of lines and reduce the official position regarding the VA policy on end of life issues from what Chris was saying they were to what the administration wanted to say it was. Of course whenever someone starts playing these little cat and mouse games it can go by the script or, as in this case, blow up in your face. The woman was chosen to make this point because she was an injured veteran of the gulf war, and a VA services recipient, and if she says a VA policy is so, who would question it. Well, obviously Chris will, and with the gloves off. I couldn't care less about this, and neither can the administration. This is the red herring, the administration is more upset about the dismantling of his Czar coven and the derailing of policy by use of some truth and some factually distorted versions of their stated intent as well as the outright disrespect given to the man in the Oval Office. And since the politicians on the right have been largely marginalized they need to go after the mouth pieces instead.

I am not saying that Fox is wrong for their coverage or defending the White Houses position, but the President is not ever going to be able to pull out the race card without reducing himself to a whiner, so when Glenn Beck showed up on Fox and Friends one Sunday morning and said the President had a "deep seated hatred of the white culture" he called the President out to use the race card. Jimmy Carter followed but not the President.

Fox has continued to play their game and the White House is playing right into their hands at this point. Fox's ratings will go up in the short term because they are the news right now, and the President loses another battle by doing this. 6 months down the road when Fox news cannot get an interview or the time of day from the administration, or any other Democrat (like that will happen, all politicians are media whores)they will start getting frustrated. If the current administration can make enough of a flap it will hurt Fox, but it will take a long time and the Majority Whip might have to use his namesake to keep the cattle in line.

I tend to agree Mike, for real news I think most of us rely on our local stations and newspapers. And the internet of course!

All corporate news agencies are entertainment. If they reported on the real news people would be in the streets.
